RME Fireface UCX II este o interfata audio cu 40 de canale cu preamplificatoare de microfon de ultima generatie si sectiune completa de efecte. Interfata audio RME Fireface UCX II contine mixer TotalMix FX DSP care ofera optiuni de root si monitorizare, precum si DIGICheck Analyzer ce permite masurarea si analizarea fluxului digital de date in ambele directii cu precizie maxima.
TotalMix FX poate inlocui complet un mixer extern, permitand astfel crearea mai multor mixuri de monitorizare fara latenta cu EQ, Dynamics, Reverb si Delay pe toate iesirile.

Fireface UCX II funcționează in două moduri diferite: USB2 bazat pe driver si Class Compliant.
Modul Class Compliant este un standard care este acceptat nativ de sisteme de operare precum Windows, Mac OSX si Linux.
Nu sunt necesare drivere proprietare, dispozitivul va fi recunoscut direct atunci cand firmware-ul CC este incarcat.
